This page covers harvestlider.com, the marketing site. It does not cover the HarvestLider application, which is governed by the agreement we sign with each farm.
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, the farm or company name, the email address or phone number you choose to give us, the region, and optionally what equipment you have and a free-text note. Nothing else on this page asks for or stores personal data.
To answer you. That is the entire purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing to people who asked a question.
Submissions are delivered through Netlify, our hosting provider, and are readable by the HarvestLider team. We do not sell this data, and we do not pass it to third parties for their own purposes.
This site loads no analytics SDK, sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising pixels. Two external resources are requested when the page loads — the Inter font from Google Fonts and the GSAP animation library from jsDelivr — and those providers will see the usual request information, including your IP address.
For as long as the conversation is live, and for our records afterwards. Ask us to delete your submission and we will.
Write to info@harvestlider.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also simply email us instead of using the form, if you would rather not submit anything through the site at all.
Being straight with you: this is a plain description of what actually happens on this site, written by the team that built it — not a lawyer-reviewed policy. If you need a formal data processing agreement for a contract, ask and we will put one in front of you.
